(Modeled on the U.S. Marine Corps General Orders)

These General Orders exist to establish clarity, unity, and faithfulness for all who serve with Monumental Grace. They define our responsibility as watchmen, guiding our conduct, decision-making, and accountability as we care for the souls entrusted to us. These orders are to be learned, upheld, and practiced, ensuring that Christ is honored, Scripture is obeyed, and no one is overlooked.

Monumental Grace Orders

  1. To take charge of my post and the souls God has entrusted to me, sharing the hope of Christ with compassion and courage.
  2. To walk my post faithfully, staying alert to those in despair, and being ready to bring the light of the gospel into darkness.
  3. To report all spiritual and safety concerns I observe to the ministry leader or coordinator, ensuring no need goes unnoticed.
  4. To repeat all calls for help and requests for prayer or assistance, passing them on faithfully to the Quick Response Force (QRF) or church partners.
  5. To quit my post only when properly relieved, ensuring that every contact is safely transitioned to another volunteer, counselor, or church partner.
  6. To receive, obey, and pass on all ministry instructions from leadership, ensuring that our work remains unified and faithful to Christ.
  7. To talk to no one about confidential matters, safeguarding the trust and dignity of every person we serve, except when safety requires disclosure.
  8. To give the alarm in case of crisis, calling emergency services or activating the Quick Response Force (QRF) when someone’s life is in immediate danger.
  9. To call the coordinator in any case not covered by instructions, ensuring wise counsel and accountability in uncertain situations.
  10. To honor Christ as my authority, and the Word of God as my standard.
  11. To be watchful on my post, alert to every opportunity to share the gospel and every soul in need of encouragement, so that none are overlooked or forgotten.
